RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Paudhaawala, we always try to deliver the best quality products to our customers. However, if there is any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
RETURNS

We accept returns only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive such a product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We have 3 days return policy

All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in 7 business days

Please note that live plants once delivered in healthy condition cannot be returned, as they are perishable and may get damaged during reverse shipping.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, send an email to contact@paudhaawala.com with:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear pictures of the product showing the problem
Our support team will check the details and get back to you with further steps.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
For items bought during a discount or sale, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Live plants delivered in good condition
Opened soil, fertilizers, or manure
Sale items
